We serve as the primary care provider for more than 10,000 patients in our community and offer quality healthcare to those in need. Our primary care services include Family and internal Medicine, Pediatric Care, a Prescription Assistance Program, and Health Education & Disease Management classes.
Our providers care for the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually with a full-time staff of two Medical Doctors (MDs), one Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), a Physical Therapist (DPT), multiple Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and a dietitian (RD). Additionally, nurses, volunteer physicians, specialists, and trained counselors serve our patients alongside us.
