Do you take insurance?
Yes. We take most commercial insurances.
What if I have no insurance?
No problem. If you are uninsured, we will charge you a reduced rate, and place you on a sliding fee scale for each appointment.
How do you determine my fee if I don’t have insurance?
We will do a financial screening to determine total household size and income. The cost of a visit starts at $30 and ranges to $60 or can go as high as 50% off a regular cost of visit.
